NodeJs Backend Developer
Description
- Write, test, and document code.
- Understand team codebase, product area and systems. Makes suggestions to fix & improve things.
- Work with a mentor in bootcamps to get themselves trained to be placed in Silicon Valley companies.
- Participate in system design conversation with other team members
- Effectively collaborate with other team members to estimate task complexity/duration and completes most of tasks on schedule.
- Design, Develop and Ship complete features in a project with minimum support from other team members
- Mostly productivity is self driven
- Able to fully function in any Silicon Valley team with minimum help
- Fair understanding of the codebase they’re working on
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS and ExpressJS.
- Experience with at least one of the following: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Mongo, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
- Experience with CI/CD via Github actions or IAC (Infrastructure As Code) etc.
- Worked with GCP, AWS, micro services, SOA.
- Worked on deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless
- Strong understanding of Systems Design.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Typescript, NestJS, unit testing with Jest.
