Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for assigned business applications as well as that for internal users
- Investigate issues and apply solutions
- Study software documentation to understand applications business and technical alignment for providing maximum support
- Participate in QA activities of the business applications
- Maintain the Knowledge Database
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
What we expect
- Experience in System Administration or Technical Support (L1 or L2)
- Working knowledge of any scripting language
- Investigation and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong learning agility, curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Life Sciences
- Proven ability to work with SQL (Working experience is preferred but not essential)
- Experience with cloud providers
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
